phcast Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the phcast platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who access games, promotions, and financial services. Access to phcast constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether a formal registration is completed.

phcast reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of phcast following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of a translation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use phcast. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations applicable to casino-style gaming. phcast strictly prohibits access by minors.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from phcast or any related platform.

phcast reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, and any outstanding balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phcast account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify phcast promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcast account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phcast account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify phcast immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

phcast will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security. phcast agents will never ask for your full password via any channel.

All financial transactions on phcast are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phcast supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposit funds are credited to your phcast account following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phcast is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times outside phcast's control.

Withdrawals: phcast processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• You may only withdraw to a payment method previously used to deposit to your account, or a verified method in your account profile;
• Withdrawals of bonus-funded winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the specific promotion;
• phcast reserves the right to request additional identity documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

phcast does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

phcast offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all phcast promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus-funded balances;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be removed;
• phcast reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already received the bonus;

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a round or wager, phcast reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. phcast's decision in such matters is final and binding.

phcast uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers using physical equipment in controlled studio environments. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term theoretical returns.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the phcast platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with phcast;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
• Money laundering, funding terrorism, or any other financial crime;

• Impersonation of phcast staff, agents, or other players;
• Posting abusive, offensive, or harmful content in any phcast chat or communication channel;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

All content on the phcast platform — including but not limited to the phcast brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of phcast or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcast platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any phcast content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcast and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use phcast;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions;
• Any actions taken by phcast in good faith in reliance on information you provided during registration or verification.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phcast's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

phcast collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using phcast, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

phcast handles all personal data in a manner consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

phcast is committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. phcast provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, or week;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when a session exceeds a set duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and net win/loss during a session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

phcast reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or suspected;

• phcast is required to do so by law, regulation, or regulatory authority directive;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, phcast reserves the right to void any pending or unsettled bets and to withhold funds where there is a reasonable basis for suspecting fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phcast account voluntarily at any time by contacting phcast support via Live Chat. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these Terms or the phcast platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and phcast regarding the outcome of a game, transaction, or any phcast decision, phcast's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the events in question. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must contact phcast support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phcast will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 business days.

phcast may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of phcast following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using phcast and contact support to close your account. Any balances at the time of closure due to non-acceptance of amended Terms will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
